  • We offer a 12-month "bumper to bumper" warranty.​

• Builder Fees:

  • Our fee schedule gives our clients more control over their project. If you want to cut cost in one area and use it in another, we give you the ability to do that. Our Selections guide will help you determine what is most important to you. All expenses will be documented and tracked, in detail.

  • Every client will be given their own "Job Portal" which provides on-demand information about their project which include their budget, schedule, updates and even the option to make payments directly from their cell phone or computer. This is very helpful for clients moving here from other areas.

• Turn-Key Process:

  • We have the experience to guide you​ from start to finish on the construction of your new home. For the most streamlined experience, we strongly encourage you to contact us as early in this process as possible.

• Design:

  • Before ​construction begins, our clients will meet with us at our vendor showroom to choose the finishes on their new home. This allows you to see a multitude of choices in person.  If you are struggling to decide, we also have an interior designer with years of experience to help with this process.
